From the A303 take the exit for Crewkerne A356. After one mile take the second left which is signposted Norton Sub Hamdon.

Once you get into the village you will pass Norton Sub Hamdon Post Office and Spar Shop on your right and then the Lord Nelson Inn on your left. Continue through the village until you reach a fork in the road at Greenham's Cross, take the left fork and follow the road through to Little Norton.

After Little Norton Mill on your right, take the right fork into a single track road (marked no through road).  After 300 metres, turn right at the signpost for Bagnell Farm (opposite small ford 'Tinkers Bubble'). Continue for one mile along this private drive (single track in places) and after bypassing the farmhouse, Bagnell Cottage is down on the right.
